Laborintus Harp Quartet

The Laborintus Harp Quartet is an ensemble of four harps, an unusual and evocative formation capable of blending sounds into an enveloping musical experience that manages to surprise the listener. Born in 2022, the quartet is driven by the desire to explore new expressive possibilities, commissioning original works from contemporary composers and experimenting with the most recent harp performance techniques.

The quartet's repertoire spans different eras and styles, from baroque - classical to contemporary music, with particular attention to experimentation and the evolution of the harp language.

In addition to the works written especially for us, we enrich our repertoire with transcriptions of famous opera arias and symphonic music, adapted to our unusual formation. The four harps, with their great expressive and sonorous power, transform and reinvent famous pages, offering the listener a unique and engaging musical experience.
